Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Hi is it confirmed of being asthma. Since it is single episode with no previous attacks its difficult to diagnose as asthma. To confirm get done spirometry once with AEC count. Thyrox is adjusted based on your TSH level and your body weight. So it may be a correction to suit you. The drugs given for asthma and allergy, and for gastric acidity problem.Melzap MD for anxiety and sleep. These are good but do inform your doctor if any side effects. Have plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises for your wellbeing. Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Lohit K
