Taking Utrogestan For PCOS. Low Sperm Count. What Are My Chances Of Conception?

Hi I have been dignosed as having polysistic overaises and my husband has a low sperm count I have been taking natural Utrogestan tablets 100ml 2 tablets a night for 14 nights at a time with a 14 day break I was wondering by taking these tablets can they help me to concieve and will they help with my polysistic overaises.
