Taking Antibiotics For UTI. On Birth Control Pills. Have Spotting And Bloating. Pregnant?
Hi.i would like to ask about my monthly period.i am taking pills for almost 5 years,last month im taking an antibiotic because i had UTI..i change my time of taking my fills on daytime instead of bedtime.sometimes i forget 3 pills in a row but when i remember it i take it all 3 missed pills.my period did not come on time supposed to be on april 9,on april 14 i took pt it was neg.april 21 neg also.i had spotting yesterday until now its like that im having my period.my stomach is bloating.am i not pregnant?thank you.

The chances of pregnancy may be there in your case because you have missed your pills for three days and you are taking antibiotics for UTI which also interfere with oral contraceptive pills.
You should consult a gynecologist to rule out your pregnancy and bloating may be because of antibiotics and spotting is because of contraceptive pills.

Since your pregnancy tests are negative, the delay in periods is not due to pregnancy. The mild hormonal disturbance is the most likely cause of this disturbance. You can get some hormonal tablets prescribed form your gynecologist for withdrawal bleeding.
