Taking Baby Aspirin For Cholesterol And Colonazepam For Anxiety. Is It Safe To Take Both Pills Together?
Hello...i am 40 and was prescribed 20 mg simvastitin to help level off my colesterol....was asked to take a baby aspirin with it......i also am prescribed .05 colonazepam for anxiety /panic attacks......my concern is that, i dont usually take the baby aspirin when i ve taken a clonozapem......but, i need to start taking the baby aspirin again.....at 9:00 pm i take simvastitin & baby aspirin, but have recently been taking clonozepam at 8:00 p.m to help with insomnia ........my question is; is it safe to take baby aspirin and clonozepam within that time frame..thanks.

Simvastatin is one of important cholesterol lowering medication and usually it is recommended to be taken in evening, but in a number of patients taking it, sleep dysfunction is a problem. It usually disrupts sleep cycle to some extent which may lead to irritability.
Clonazepam is a very nice drug to relieve anxiety and to induce hypnosis, so it can be taken in evening after meals.
Aspirin is a drug of group NSAID and there is no major issue in taking Aspirin with clonazepam with in 1 hour time frame. So its safe to take.
