Dear sir/Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
Your complete profile is not available. However these features may be present in any systemic problem and sweating at rest is a less frequent symptoms of heart failure. Again leg pains are non-specific. However presence of shortness of breath on exertion, giddiness on exertion , chest heaviness on exertion along with these symptoms will increase probability of their cardiac origin by many times.
I would recommend you to consult your GP to ascertain the likely cause after examination.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
