Taking Daily Dose Of Up Rise D3 For Vitamin D3 Deficiency. As I Am Pregnant Will There Be Any Adverse Effects On The Baby?

I am 29 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with vitamin d3 deficiency. It is 8.1 and my doc has advised me a daily dose of uprise d3 60k for ten days and then once a week for rest of the days. Is it safe to take one every day for 10 days with no adverse affect on my baby? Please reply

Yes you can take vit d which is essentially required for you as well as the growth of your baby...it has no side effects ..Please make dietary additions of calcium rich foods to prevent such deficiencies in future...dairy products..eggs...are good source...and of course allowing yourself exposure to natural sunlight .
