My mother is 75 yrs old with asthama since 40 yrs.she was using simplyone inhaler since last 10yrs . she has developed BP since past 2 yrs.now her doctor has advised duolin nebulizer which she is taking one time at 4 in the noon and duolin inhaler night 10pm and morning 7 am. but she is having BP swings. she is right now on cardace 5 mg 3 times a day.her BP shoots up after 1 am night and is at 140/90 till morning 7am even after she takes 5 mg cardace at 12 mid night.she had to take another 5 mg at 3 am when she got head ache.she was on 2.5 mg cardace twice a day morning 8 and evening 8 since 2 yrs.but past 5 month since this bp swings have started the 12 hr gap sometimes is found wanting and she has to take an additional 5 mg before the 12 hr gap to reduce her shooting bp.
