Taking Heptovir For 9 Months. Detected Pregnant. Continue Medication?

Hi doctor
I have been taking heptovir for 9 months. I use pregnancy test today and I know I am pregnant now (1 month) . Can I still continue to use this medicine for this time? My doctor is going to transfer me to new medicine ,she said it worked more but she hasn't known I am having baby yet. Can I use this medicine while pregnancing?

hi,
heptovir (lamivudine) should not be used in pregnancy.should stop drug. also vaccination for child soon after birth. for preventing child to get it.
