Androgenetic alopecia or male patterned baldness is treated according to grade of hair fall. In initial stages medical therapy works and advanced stages hair transplant is required.
The initial stages of hair fall respond well to minoxidil and finesteride. If desired response is not achieved then we consider mesotherapy with minoxidl or platelet rich plasma or stem cell factors as next treatment approach. It gives good results. I would advise you to meet a qualified dermatologist to get your hair analysed so that hair fall can be graded. It would help in suggesting the most effective treatment approach. For certain conditions alternative medicines do not work

After 6 months of Homoeopathic treatment, if you are not improving, the treatment is not to be continued.
Homoeopathy never fails but a Homoeopath can fail. Therefore I advise you to approach another expert Homoeopath .
Mesotherapy has got nothing to do with Homoeopathy. It is not a natural method of treatment. It has got several complications like bruising, swelling, scarring, numbness, infections, ulcer formations etc., whereas Homoeopathy has none.
