Taking Micardis, What Makes Me Feel Tired And Head Explode?

I have been taking micardis for about 3 months I have been having feeling very tired and my head feels as if it is ready to explode I can not bend down as it feels as if I am about to pass out I am 70 years of age I live on my own I have rang the doctor but I can not get to see him for a other week, could you please advice me what to do ?

Micardis (telmisartan) can produce fatigue, headache and generalised pain all over the body in some patients. All these things can make you very tired.
I would recommend you to take adequate fluids and food to overcome tiredness. You can go for OTC pain medications like acetaminophen if the pain is very severe. Never exceed the daily dose limit of acetaminophen that is 3.25g/day in non alcoholics.
