Taking Pain Medication For Rheumatoid Arthritis. History Of Automobile Accidents. How To Wean Off Medicine?

hi I just moved here from Colorado and am looking for a family physician who can also help me reduce and or eliminate pain meds prescribed to me by previous family doctor in Colorado
I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and was already taking meds but then I was involved in 2 automobile accidents one where my 60 pound dog broke my sternum bone by jumping on me in the car which caused the wreck and one where had my seat belt on but flipped my car and hit 2 trees , I received a severe concussion and was taken to he hospital . Both of these combined have increased the dosage of pain medicine I need help weaning off or lowering significantly my intake and daily dosage of medicines taken for pain, I currently administer weekly shots of 50mg sure click shots to myself. I need a doctor who will oversee and make a plan for me to accomplish this.
