Taking Pain Relievers For Rubella. Abnormal ESR Level. Burning Sole, Tiredness, Thigh Numbness

I have experienced rubella for the last 2 months and up until now im still taking pain relivers for my joints. Without the pain relivers it is very hard to move or carry things. My uric and rf is normal except for esr.i have noticed that if i do constant thing like walking my sole would feel like it already burning or with pain. If i write then after that its like tired and little painful to change position. Also noticed that left thigh constantly feel numb even when i am sleeping sometimes.

Hello,

Raise in ESR indicates presents of inflammation.
This is due to chronic infection(Rubella) in your case.

This inflammation in your ankle is causing pain and swelling during walking.
Rest is needed.
