Taking Second Course Of Antibiotics For Sinus Infection, Productive Cough And Low T-cells Count. Is This Serious?

I've had a sore throat with sinus infection and lots of drainage...constant cough...aside from that what might the warm/cold constant sensation from my throat to just below my chest be?...I'm on my second kind of antibiotic and also got a shot in the hip today...t-cell counts were going up instead of down...last 14,000 (I think thousand???) I keep forgetting to mention the warm/cold sensation at the doctor's and its bothering me a little more tonight.
