Fluctuation in the features of menstrual cycle can occur due to many causes. Urine pregnancy test kit may not detect early pregnancy sometimes. So now you once repeat the test. If the test shows negative result, then consult your doctor and get evaluated to find out the cause. If you are taking progesterone tablets continuously, you may not get bleeding even in the absence of pregnancy. So after stopping the pills with your doctor's advice you may get withdrawal bleeding.
