Taking Steroid Pak For Red Spots Breaking Out On Dry Skin Along With Itching. Had Sinus Drainage And Ear Pain
Hi I am breaking out in red spots that the skin is drying out after a few days...my doctor put me on steroid pak . I have had a a lot of sinus drainage...site throat...ears hurt at times. I thought it was.getting better but today my skin is very itchy anf the spots are getting worse...today was my first day of steroid pak

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with: 1. Intake of antihistamine preparations like Allegra 2. Application of topical steroid & antifungal ointment 3. Calamine lotion for symptomatic relief 4. Antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection.
If symptoms still persist, kindly visit a Dermatologist & get a proper clinical examination done to find the exact cause. One more thing...avoid itching or squeezing them as it may further aggravate them.
