Taking Vivance, Have IUD, Going Through Mood Swings, Sudden Pain In Right Ovary. Can Vivance Affect IUD?

I have been taking vivance and have had a iud for 2 years now. In the last 3 weeks I have become moody,edgy , and honestly feel crazy at times. I feel as if I have a sudden hormonal in balance and suddenpain in my right ovary . Feelas if I m constantly going threw the motions of a period but without the bleeding . Can vivance affect my iud ?
