Tanning, Heavy Period, Nausea, Lightheadedness. Advise?
I'm on my period and its heavy, anyways I went tanning twice this week in the morning and since I work third shift I go home and go to bed after. Well when I get up and I'm at work I started to feel nauseated and a little lightheaded. And I felt that way after I have tanned that day in the morning... So could tanning make me nauseated? This is my first time tanning and I'm only doing it because I have a wedding and I'm aware of the risk, I'm just curious if its possible that tanning is making me nauseous?

Tanning may be related to your problem. you need to mention me about the way of tanning. Not all tanning way cause it. You need to use other way of tanning. You can take anti emetic medicine for it. Better to consult dermatologist for proper treatment. I hope I answered your question. Wish you speedy recovery. Regards,
