Tanning,whitish Pink Spot On Outer Thigh,pigmentation?
I started tanning little bit at a time .. Im all tan now but noticed I have a whiteish pink spot on my outer thigh that looks like it never tanned .. It s not raised or bumpy, just discolored like Im not tanning there.. when I look in the mirror from distance it looks pinkish compared to when I look up really close it looks white.. Just wondering if pigment is just discolored.

First...think of Hypopigmentation due to leprosy..,
It can be ruled out by checking sensory disaturbance ..,
Second..is pinkish colour is usually due Drug reaction..,
Mainly pain killers..like paraceamol..,
So evaluate it and consult goood dermatologist...thanQ

I would be pleased to answer your question .
The Pink spot may be the area where the skin is getting erythema due to excess heating of skin tissue or post inflammatory reaction .
you will need to apply a good moisturizer on that area twice a day and a little over the counter cortaid cream twice a day .
you can visit a local doctor , if it does not improve in 15 days .
