Teenager. Continued Stabbing Like Cramps, Terrible Headache, Pain In Breasts. Sexually Active, On Depo Shot, Random Bleeding. Suggest

My names Bridget, I'm 16, I've been having cramps for the past 3 months. It's not even really like cramps it's like I'm getting stabbed. I've been getting terrible headaches. My breasts hurt. I've been to the doctor a few times with no actual results. I'm sexually active and on the depo shot. I've been randomly bleeding. I don't know what's wrong.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, you are 16, and having depo shots, and sexually active. It appears to be due to the harmonal problem, I advise you to consult an endocrinologist for diagnosis and treatment. It could also be premature aging, anemia, defeciency of calcium and vitamin D. Thank you.
