Teenager. Recurred Acne Problems On Nose, Forehead, Little Hair On Upperlips And Chin. History Of Using Acne Gel And Acnerex Soap. Advice

(1)in my 17 yr old i had acne problem.then i was used acne gel(clindamycin phosphete & nicotinamide gel) & acnerex soap.it was good.bt now this product is not available in market.now i m 21 yr old.and small amount of acne back again.specially in my nose,and forehead.i want a acne free fair complection with problem free face now and future days with minimum price.so what can i do?please ans me.(2) i have a small amount of hair in my upperlips and chin also.i want to reduce this.i was cheked up every type of medical report.and its all normal.what is the reason to grow this things?and how it reduces.please ans this.

Hi,

Based on the information it seem that you have tired may treatments for the acne like, clindamycin, acnerex soap, still nothing works for you.

1) Topical retinoids (vitamin A derivatives ) are comedolytic and anti-inflammatory will be helpful to some extent.

2) Mostly the cause of such resistant acne are the hormonal imbalance, and may be ok once the balance is achieved.

3) For help to have hormonal balance you need to consult near by Physician as the blood work need to be in order to see underlying problems.
