General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, your grand son is on vyvanse, every morning is unmanageable, abusive. He is 17 and rest of the day he is good.
As you describe your grand son might not be ADHD, but might be having some psychological problem, more over he is an adult.
I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for treatment.
facing him in the morning also should be changed, and if every one scolds at a time he may feel irritated, so only one should scold or teach him the manners. Thank you.
