Teeth On Left Side Are Hypersensitive--air, Tongue, Food (can Not

Teeth on left side are hypersensitive--air, tongue, food (can not chew on that side). Food and drink must be room temp. Sometimes have a metallic taste in mouth (similar to when I was pregnant which I am currently not). I was told I am pre-menopausal in December. The last five months it has occurred before, during and after my period lasting 2 weeks. Associated headache, neck and shoulder ache on same side. Slight pressure behind eye on same side. Tingling by nose and slight pressure on same side. No sinus infection. No allergies. No underlying disorder such as diabetes. Dentist visits showed no cavities, exposed roots, failing treatment of cavity, enamel wear or gum infection. Treatment for possible TMJ was not successful using botox to limit muscle movement or use of mouth guard.
