This is called as Scheuermann's disease. This condition usually manifests in second decade. The patient usually complains of intermittent back pain. It can lead to kyphotic deformity (increased curvature of back). Majority of the patients do not require any active treatment. It usually settles by skeletal maturity (17-18yrs). You need to do back extension and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises. If pain is severe then over-the counter available pain medications can be taken.
Bracing and surgery and indicated for severe deformities and the progressive ones
This is not Scheuermann's disease! as the changes described here are in the lumbar spine (Lower spine). Scheuermann's disease affects thoracic spine ( at the level of your chest - upper spine).
Changes in your MRI scans are not serious on their own. They may be of inflammatory/degenerative origin or incidental but not common in your age group. Do you suffer from any other joint pain ? Any family members suffer from joint pain ? See an orthopaedic surgeon. You may need some blood tests (Inflammatory markers and arthritis profile).
