Tender Breast, Back Pain, Swelling, Heartburn, Missing Periods. Negative Pregnancy Tests. What Could This Be?
hi i am 41yo. I stopped having my period in march after experencing pregnancy sysmtoms, tender brest back pain swelling and heartburn. I had a very bad period 2 weeks later and since no period at all, not even spotting. I keep having bad heartburn and now gas to since september. my belly has pains on my left side and even my hips are hurting. all this in 9 month. and all pregency test show false.
You are going through a peri-menopause phase. Majority of your symptoms can be attributed to declining hormone level. I would suggest you following 1. Plenty of oral fluids and citrus fruits, consumption of well balanced food - this will take care of your abdominal symptoms and also provide enough nutrition
2. Consume small quantity frequent meals and avoid spicy food-will take care of associated gastroesophageal reflux
3. Good sleep and meditation
