Hi I am 19 I was raped on October 3 and this past week I have had tender breast and my lower tummy feels harder th en normal and I have had clear gooey discharge do I have a std or am I pregnant I have also been very tired and have a cold with mild headaches that come and go through out the day I took a urine test a week ago and it was negative

Urine test for pregnancy comes positive only after or on the first day of missed period.
If you took the test earlier then it is likely to come negative even if you are pregnant.
Symptoms of tiredness, fatigue, breast tenderness and nausea can happen in pregnancy.
In STD's generally there would be some lesions near or in your vagina with discharge , pain , redness and at times fever.
You need to visit a gynecologist for proper examination and ultrasound.
