Tender Breasts, Nausea, Back Pain, Hungry. Pregnant Again Or Tiredness?
I'm exhausted have a 6 month old,not yet sleeping through the night!Lately Baby has got teeth&I find he wants to breast feed alot even with three meals!I have tender breasts,slight nausea on and off for two months,back pain!Im getting incredibly hungry lately as well,could this be due to the tiredness or could I be pregnant again?

You are feeding to your child so during breast feeding there are less chances of pregnancy.There might be breast engorgement due to more collection inside.
Confirm pregnancy by urine test or you can go for USG.
Take multivitamin.iron and calcium supplement.
