Hello, my question is my husband has discovered a hard lump on his lower left side between his waist and pelvic area. It is tender to touch and reddened to the naked eye. It hurts to sit and stand, but not necessarily walk. what could this be? He is 38 and has no significant medical history. He has had a rash , which we think is an allergy to our boxer s oils

Get blood sugar & urine sugar tests done both fasting & post lunch.
It is some infection & will need local application of antibiotic ointment as well as oral antibiotics.
