Tenderness In Breast, Random Pains, Itching. Headaches, Tiredness. Should I Be Worried?

Hi, I m 19 years old. And recently I ve been having tenderness in my breasts when touched but also there are random pains. They also itch really bad. I ve had bad headaches the past few days. And I ve went from being in a great mood to annoyed or tired, very easily. I didn t know if it s something i should be worried about or what?

HI,
Welcome to HCM.
I am suspecting something called as premenstrual syndrome (PMS) based on your symptoms mentioned in your question. Are you due for your period?
This syndrome occurs 2-3 days before your period starts. The symptoms include tenderness in breasts, headaches, mood swings etc.
Do not worry. All these symptoms will reduce once you have your periods.
All these symptoms are due to changes in the hormonal levels in the body.
I hope I have answered your query satisfactorily.
Thanks.
