Test Shows Severe Oligohydramios During Pregnancy. Amniotic Fluid Index Is 49mm. Fetal Urinary Bladder Distended. Serious?
i am 34 weeks pregnant and colour droppler shows severe oligohydramios. the amniotic fluid index is 49mm. fetal urinary bladder is overdistended and 42.38ml in volume. is it risky for my child. what are my child chamces of survival...pls need reply at the earliest..my docter have asked me to come for delivery at 36 weeks..?????????

Oligohydramnios- decreased liquor is associated with a fetal growth retardation. You need an active treatment to stop further reduction in the amniotic fluid volume and then get the baby delivered as soon as the lungs are mature- at 36-37 weeks.
