Hi ! At the outset I would like to suggest not to get over anxious about it with a history of only ten days.
You have not mentioned your age and your kind of job. If your job requires long period of standing or walking, this may give rise to some kind of inflammatioin of the testicle specially if your undergarments are not suitable enough to give good support to your testicles. The most common pathological reason for swelling of the testis I can think of is inflammation which can be treated with medicines alone and a good scrotal support. So I will advise you to consult your medical consultant to get an early relief of the problem.
You have not mentioned anything about pain or any other associated swellings nearby.
Sometimes the veins of the testes get dilated which may give a feeling of swelling and heaviness in the testicle.
Before we think and get scared of any surgical problems of the testis, you should get yourself examined by your doctor, who after wards may also advise you for some investigations like a complete blood count, an ultrasound/Doppler of the testes which you can go for without any fear. Till that try to overcome your anxiety. Good luck.
