Testicle Pain, Blood During Ejaculation, Blood In Sperm 2 Years Ago. What Could Be This?

i'm a 18 year old male.. recently i have been having testicle pains, and when i ejaculate it's pure blood, now that its self doesn't hurt but just in general my left testicle does. i have experienced the the blood in my sperm about 2 years ago but never the pain.. i never did anything about it and it seemed to go away. but now its hurting and i don''t know why..

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

If you had blood in your semen and the left testicle hurts then you need to get yourself examined by a doctor who shall examine you for any testicular enlargement/swelling. If required he may order an ultrasound of the testes. There can be a number of reasons for these symptoms and a detailed history, clinical examination and, if required, investigations will help in the diagnosis.
