Tetanus Shot With Swollen Left Clavicle And Strep Throat, Are These Related ?

tetanus shot- swollen left clavicle and strep throat , are related? i got tetanus shot on friday, a lot of pain a little swollen and red, but today i have my left clavicle in the middle swollen and i touch a little ball its hurt and just a little red, I am also with strep throat and antibiotic, Thanks, Francisca

Hello, welcome to healthcaremagic. There is no correltaion between tetanus shot, swollen left clavicle and strep throat. Tetanus shot is not related to your symptoms. The swelling along the clavicle may also be due to swelling of lymph nodes. For ascertaining the real cause you need to get it examined. So kindly see your doctor to find out the real cause. welcome to the health care mwgic forum,there is no such relation between the parts u mentioned ,thing is that the clavicle swelling might be due to some injury i suppose,a bad bruise but since you are on antibiotic it will take care of the swelling additionally take combiflam which will reduse the pain.
