Thank you- have a perfectly round scarlet colored sore on my leg about one half inch round. It has in the center of this round circle a change in the tissue that might appear to be from some sort of bite. It doesn't hurt and seems to be only at the surface but is not going away. I am putting dermatological cream on it that I got some years ago from a dermatologist, but the mark remAins and I wonder what to do
. Could it be serious or something to worry about?
