Thank you! I am 63 and very healthy. Since my early 30's I have very infrequently had what was diagnosed then as ocular migranes. I will have a radiating effect around my eye that lasts 15-30 minutes, then go away. Afterward I may have a very dull minor headache and be kind of sluggish the rest of the day. I may have several in a period of a few weeks and then not have any more for months or years. Or maybe one every once in awhile. Yesterday I was riding on a 3 hour trip with my husband and started to have one. As it was happening I could still read road signs and the gps and started to tell him upcoming instruction but felt I was talking slowing. I started to tell him "I seem to be having a delayed reaction" but for the life of me could not think in my mind what the word was I wanted to say and when I tried to say out loud what was in my mind to say I couldn't normally say it. It went away after a few minutes but was concerning to both of us since this wasn't the norm when I have an ocular migraine. What could this?
