Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Thank you. I am a 49-year-old female and was told I had Osgood Schlatters in my knees aftr training for gymnastics and getting a large, sore bump. Now my knees crackle when going up/down stairs. I often get a shooting opain when kneeling directly on the kneecap. Lately, my legs ache if I lie down in the same position too long. This evolved into my knees feeling so sore that I cannot kneel down because of the pain involved in getting up. Any ideas as to what's going on?
