Thank you. I am going in for surgery again very soon and am terrified of the drugs to be given post operatively. I had an aborted aneurysm repair last year as they had to repair bleeds in two arteries. They gave me something for pain (on a push) which did nothing. Three days in CCU and I became psychotic, with delusions, hallucinations, etc. I had this surgery at UCLA last December. I am now being seen at Cedars Sinai and need assurance about the post-op meds. I am allergic to just about everything.
