Thank you, I have pin point white dots all over my face even on my lips and on the eye area...I have been diagnosed with blepharitis, I have also been diagnosed with rosacea.......I am at my wits end. Every where a hair folic is....I have one of these pinpoints. They have whit specs of something and also can be very hard tiny balls, it is just too much and I have been to 2 dermatologist and am doing my best to maintain along with the fact I also have episodes of psoriasis. I am 70 years old and never have had any facial blemish problems, even as a teen until this started about 2 years ago.
