Thank you. My wife is a trach patient and has recurrent infections of pseudomonas. She has been put on both
tobramycin and gentamicin to fight this infection. However, she has a hearing loss and her doctors are concerned that these drugs are making her loss worse. Are there any alternatives she could use? How likely is it that these drugs are making her loss of hearing worse. I have heard about colistin. Is it available in this country or are there alternatives.
