Thank You For Taking My Question, Dr. Rynne. I Have

Thank you for taking my question, Dr. Rynne.
I have struggled with depression for years and have tried every SSRI there is. My results are typically one of three: 1) they don't work, 2) they work for awhile and the stop or 3) they jack me up so much I can't sleep. I'm currently taking Citalopram 40MG, but it has stopped working. I do not have Bipolar depression (my symptoms are low mood, fatigue and agitation). I wonder if a mood stabilizer might be worth a try. I take a benzodiazepine for sleep and would like to get off it, but nothing else has worked (Seroquel, Latuda). I felt my best on Prozac and Lithium, but experienced side effects that I couldn't tolerate.
I would appreciate your thoughts.
Thank you,
Charlyne MacArthur
