Thanks. I suffered a right knee injury 25year back in a road accident and treated that time with a plaster and some medicines. The injury was diagnosed as tissue cartilage rupture and no fracture in bone. I am now having prtoblem in the knee where i get very agonising pain and some rubbing sound whilewalking. X- reveals tibial spines spiking right knee more than left, Osteoarthritic changes bilteral tibiofemoral and patello femoral joints. I am a 61 years old male. 5ft 7inch, weight 91kgs. For high B.P . I take medicine Repace H. No sugar. My activities are very much restricted bacuse of my knee poblem. I have been advised by my ortho physician med. Jointace C plus, Nurokind lc and Etova er 600. I am a very active person and my this problem is restricting all my activities. Kindly advise.
