The VA Has Me Taking Fenofibrate 145mg (upped From 48mg)

The VA has me taking fenofibrate 145mg (upped from 48mg) for pretty high triglycerides 600 and elevated colerterol 216. I am also taking pravastatin 40mg. 15 years ago I had my acute pancreatitis and had my diseased gallbladder removed. All ok after that. Should I be worried about taking these melds? I was taking gem fibrosis 600mg twice day for years with some success before they switched to fenofibrate, due to someone saying there could be a drug reaction.
