The bottoms of my feet are covered in dark spots. It was initially about nine years ago on my left in the arch was a small pimple type thing so I picked it and it peeled and has been peeling since. Now that whole arch area is dark and rough with other dark spots on other areas of the bottom of my foot. My right foot also now has dark spots but no peeling and no rough skin. What's wrong?
