The Doc Has Detected Gestational Diabetes. I Have Been Monitoring

The doc has detected Gestational Diabetes. I have been monitoring my diet and glucose levels once every day. The levels post 1 hour of Breakfast / lunch / Dinner is rarely above 130 . Fasting is rarely above 90. whats is the risk level for my baby. I am 14.5 weeks pregnant. Plus I have recently started experience black / dark stools please advise.
