The liver is enlarged in size measuring 17 cm with homogenous parenchymal echogenicity. No cystic or solid mass lesion seen. The intrahepatic biliary radicles and portal vein are not dilated. The inferior vena cava and hepatic veins are dilated measuring 2.8 cm and 2.2 cm, respectively The gallbladder measures 4.2 x 2.3 cm in its widest diameter with an echogenic non-shadowing foci adherent to the gallbladder wall measuring 0.4 cm. The wall is thickened measuring 1.1 cm. The common bile duct is not dilated. The pancreas is normal in size and parenchymal echogenicity. No focal mass lesion seen. The spleen is normal in size and parenchymal echogenicity. No focal mass lesion noted. Right Kidney: 10.6 x 4.4 x 6.2 cm; Cortical thickness: 0.9 cm Left Kidney: 10.0 x 5.0 x 5.1 cm; Cortical thickness: 0.8 cm The right and left kidneys are normal in size and show normal parenchymal echogenicity. The cortico-medullary junctions are distinct. The renal sinuses are centrally oriented with no evidence of ectasia. There is a shadowing echogenic focus in the inferior pole pof the left kidney measuring 0.5 cm. No focal mass lesion seen. The urinary bladder is moderately distended with urine. The wall is thin and mucosa is smooth. No intravesical mass lesion noted. There is minimal fluid collection in the perihepatic and pelvic spaces. what does it mean?
