The Liver Is Normal In Size (13.8cm) Shape And Echogenecity.

The liver is normal in size (13.8cm) shape and echogenecity. A tiny hyperechoic focus with twinkling on CDFI seen in right lobe of liver- likely calcific focus/ granulomatous. No intra hepatic biliary radicle dilation seen.

Gall bladder is moderately distended. Portal vein and CBD are not dilated.

Pancreas is partially obscured by bowel gases.

Spleen is normal in size and echotexture.

Bilateral kidneys are normal in size, shape and echogenecity. No calculus seen. Bilateral pelvicalyceal systems are not dilated. Bilateral cortico-medullary differentiation is maintained.
Right kidney-10.1 x 4.6cm
Left kidney- 10.0 x 5.2cm

No free fluid is seen in morrison's pouch.
