The Middle Part Of The Triceps And The Shoulder Are Niggling Whenever I Workout
I had a nasty fall from my bed about 3 months ago and I landed on the side portion of my shoulder which has ever been the same from then. The middle part of the triceps and the shoulder are niggling whenever i workout(me being a regular gym goer) The prob is i cant even throw anyhting with moderate force. Is there a ligament/tendon connecting the shoulder and the tricep Have i got hit there ? If so what is the remedy. and please don't ask me to stop working out
Hi, yes there are many ligaments that hold the arm attached to the shoulder. Whatever may be the injury that you have sustained, you now need rest & anti inflammatory pain killers. In case the pain is unbearable, then it may need other treatment.
Hi, Balaji,
It seems that you have hurt the ligaments or the fibres of the muscles. Please consult reputed orthopedic surgeon and after few weeks of rest and treatment and physiotherapy I think you will again use your limb as were using previously.
It might be muscle spasm or ligamental tear, or may be nerve damage in any case it will better if you meet orthopedic surgeon.
I also advice you to give rest to the hand for few days and consult physiotherapist for helpful excercises.
Hope my answer will be helpful for you.
Take care.
