The Other Day Was Admitted To ER With Chest Pains.

The other day was admitted to ER with chest pains. No other symptoms. Initial EKG ok, enzymes ok. An angiogram was done. No severe blockages and no stints and most evidence was under 30%. Heart enzymes increased the next morning but not other symptoms. BP was under 130/80.

Diagnosis was minor heart attack.Left with a bunch of station and blood thinners.

Do enzymes increase just because of the angiogram?
What are other possibilities?

Will be seeing another cardiologist next week. Want to have additional info before going in.
