The Other Night My Husband Became Light Headed And Very

The other night my husband became light headed and very hot and said he thought he was going to pass out. His eyes were very dilated. Then he went unresponsive, His eyes rolled up but did not close and he would not respond. This lasted about a minute then he was aware of who everyone was where he was and then it happened again. We went to the ER they ran some tests and didn't find anything. He says he has been light headed before but this has never happened. Don't know if it's related but he also complains of cold hands and feet. He also complains of heart burn and takes Pepcid about everyday. He has high blood pressure but controlled by medicine. It was actually low when checked in the ER. Could any of these things be related? What should we be looking at?
