The right side of my head towards the back becomes really painful when I wake up and feels like it's expanding, it's been like this for a couple of weeks now, sometimes during the day I feel spasm like movements in my head and the pain carries on throughout he day and hurts when I move my head to the left the most but also to be right and when I move it backwards, unsure of what this is
