Fibro glandular pattern is mildly prominent in subareolar region with local probe tenderness suggestive of mild changes related to fibfroadenosis Tiny begin giving of calcification are seen in bilateral breast Note is made of bilateral vessel wall cacification Coarse calcification focus noted in outer upper quadrant of left breast A few bilateral small ( sub centimeter) axillary nodes seen;showing central fatty hilum Age 61 years Tiny begin giving of calcification are seen in bilateral breast Note is made of bilateral vessel wall cacification Coarse calcification focus noted in outer upper quadrant of left breast A few bilateral small ( sub centimeter) axillary nodes seen;showing central fatty hilum Age 61 years

The ultrasound report shows presence of prominent breast tissue which is likely to be fibroadenosis. I suggest you to get a fine needle aspiration cytology of the breast below the nipples.
